As a member, you can confidentially reach out to other member organizations for advice, insights, and real-world recommendations.
You also have the opportunity to respond to requests and contribute your expertise to the broader OCBE community. All contributors receive a full summary of shared responses—because when we share knowledge, everyone benefits.
How it Works
Submitting a Peer Support Request
- Submit your request to OCBE—whether it’s a challenge you’re facing, a benchmarking need, or a request for recommendations.
- We share your request confidentially with our network of member organizations. Your identity remains anonymous unless you choose to follow up directly.
- Members respond with insights, experiences, and suggestions. You’ll receive a summary of all responses.
Responding to a Peer Support Request
When another member submits a request, you’ll have a chance to contribute your knowledge. If you respond, you’ll receive the full compiled report of all contributions—a powerful resource to inform your own strategies as well.
